Foot Massage and Reflexology in Wichita, KS

A foot massage at Diamond Massage is $30 for thirty minutes and $50 for the hour. You keep your clothes on for it. Shoes and socks off, trousers rolled to the knee, sit back in a recliner, and someone works the sole, arch, heel and calf until the time runs out. How much is a foot massage in Wichita?

Thirty dollars for a half hour, fifty for a full one, at our end of town. No membership, no first-visit rate that expires, no different number after 6 PM on a Friday. Most Wichita studios don’t publish a foot price at all, which is why the comparison below is short.

What the studios that do publish a foot price charge

Paradise Foot Massage lists $30 for thirty minutes and $50 for sixty. Those are our two numbers exactly, and their ninety is $70. Chinese Foot Massage on N Rock Rd publishes $40 for an hour of reflexology — ten dollars under our hour, and across town.

Neither one is on the west side. Paradise sits in central Wichita and Chinese Foot Massage is out on Rock Road; from Central and Maize, Old Town alone is 8.1 miles east. That’s the case for coming here instead — you’re not crossing Wichita for thirty minutes in a chair, and our door stays open until 9 PM Sunday to Thursday and 9:30 on Friday and Saturday.

What happens in the recliner?

You stay dressed and you stay sitting up. Nothing in the foot session involves a table, a sheet or a robe, which is why it’s the one people book when they’ve never had a massage anywhere and aren’t sure they want to start by undressing in a strange building.

   Say how long, and where it hurts

   Thirty or sixty, and whether anything on the foot is off-limits — a healing blister, a bad big toe, a heel that's been sore since spring. Ticklish counts too, and saying so at the start is easier than laughing through half an hour.

   That's the entire preparation. You sit back in the recliner and the chair does the rest.

   Sole, arch, heel, then up the calf

   Thumb and knuckle pressure through the sole and arch first, because that's where a day on a concrete floor lands. Heel and the back of the ankle next. Then the calf, which is the part most people are surprised to have worked.

   You can drive straight back out onto Central. It's the one session on our menu that fits inside a lunch hour without any planning.

Pressure, and how to change it

Feet vary far more than backs do. The same pressure one person calls firm makes the next person pull their leg back, and neither of them is wrong. Say lighter or more while it’s happening — at minute three, not at minute twenty-eight. Nobody working here would rather you endured it politely.

Is reflexology different from a foot massage?

Not in our room. We list it as reflexology because that’s where the technique comes from: pressure worked along mapped lines on the sole with thumb and knuckle, rather than the long gliding strokes of a table massage. Ask for either word and you’ll get the same thirty or sixty minutes at the same price.

Thirty minutes, an hour, or the combo?

Thirty at $30 if it’s your feet. Both feet get worked properly in half an hour; what you lose is the calf, which takes real time and which almost nobody thinks to ask for. The hour at $50 buys the calves and the pace to go with them.

When the combo is the better ten dollars

The combo is $60 for sixty minutes — thirty of foot reflexology, then the rest on the body. Ten dollars over the foot hour, and it’s the most-booked format on our menu, because most people whose feet hurt also have shoulders. If it’s your back that hurts, skip both and book the body massage: $40 for thirty minutes, $60 for the hour.

Who walks in for a foot massage?

People who have been on their feet since six in the morning, mostly. More than 20,000 people build airplanes in Wichita between the two big airframe plants, according to choosewichita.com, and a ten-hour shift standing on a concrete floor does something to feet that sitting down afterwards doesn’t undo. Nurses coming off a shift at Ascension Via Christi St. Teresa, 4.7 miles northwest. Retail staff finishing a Saturday at NewMarket Square, 2.7 miles straight up Maize Rd from our door.

And runners. The paved perimeter loop at Sedgwick County Park runs about four miles and the park sits 4.5 miles northeast of us, so a lot of west-side training happens within ten minutes of this building — including training for the Prairie Fire Marathon on Sunday 11 October 2026. Half an hour in a recliner is a reasonable thing to do to your feet the evening after a long run.

It’s also the smallest thing on our menu, which makes it a sensible first visit. Half an hour and $30 tells you what you need to know about the room, the pressure and the people before you commit an hour to any of it.

Is a foot massage safe?

For most people, yes. The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health reports that the risk of harmful effects from massage therapy appears to be low, and lists physical approaches including massage among those that are generally safe for healthy people when they are performed appropriately — while noting that people with medical conditions and people who are pregnant may need to modify or avoid some of them.

Driving in from Kellogg, or down from Maize

Kellogg (US-54/400) west to the Maize Road exit — that's where the freeway section ends — then north about a mile and a half to Central. Turn west and we're a couple of hundred yards down on the north side, in the strip by Chili's and the Walmart Neighborhood Market, across from the Dillons.

K-96 or 21st Street North to Maize Road, then south past NewMarket Square about two and a half miles to Central. We're on the north side of Central, just west of the intersection. Maize itself is about 13 minutes out, Goddard 14 and Colwich 17 — all well inside the range where half an hour in a chair is worth the drive.
